The Cost and Available Dates 2015

 

For 2015 the Summer School is available from 1 May 2015 to 31 October 2015.

 

The cost of the Summer School is charged per week, with an initial minimum charge of two weeks.

 

The costs per person, including accommodation and studio use are:

 

Up to first two weeks: 

 

Single room: £200 (British pounds) - i.e. £100 per person per week

Twin room: £110 (British pounds) - i.e. £65 per person per week

Dorm room: £90 (British pounds) - i.e. £45 per person per week

 

Each subsequent week:

 

Single room: £90 (British pounds) per week or part thereof

Twin room: £60 (British pounds) per week or part thereof

Dorm room: £50 (British pounds) per week or part thereof

 

Rooms are available as as singles, twins or dorms.

 

A single is a bedroom to yourself (but still with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities).

 

A twin, comprises two single beds in one room and this is where you

book with someone else and you decide who you will share with. (Again the kitchen and bathroom facilities are shared with the whole group).

 

A dorm is a twin or triple room where we decide who you will share with. (Again the kitchen and bathroom facilities are shared with the whole group).

 

Why British pounds? This was a rather tedious question we were asked recently, but the fact is most participants in this programme come from the UK. If you don't come from the UK you can still pay in euro, dollars or even Mongolian tögrögs if you like, but the sum has to be the same as the British pound rates shown.

 

Longer stays - 10% Discount

 

Some people book to stay with us for long periods, and in some cases even the full summer. This is a very cost effective way of spending the summer in a hot and sunny place, and it allows you to produce some really in depth work in the studios. Some art students also find it useful if they do not have accommodation in their place of study over the summer months.

 

If you book to stay eight consecutive weeks or more we will deduct a further 10% from your total bill.

 

Do please note that both the College and Cyprus generally are much quieter places after mid-September, so you will be in a small group at the College at this time.

How to Book

 

First - decide on your dates! Remember you must book at least an initial two week stay even if you decide to stay less than two weeks. Most people stay more than two weeks, but the choice on that us up to you.

 

Once you have decided on your dates click on the Apply button below and complete the application form. Remember to have your debit or credit card handy before completing the form as you will need it to make your booking.

 

Please DO NOT book any travel or other arrangements before you have received an official booking confirmation (which will be in the form of an e'mail called Booking Confirmation in the subject line) from us. Your place is not confirmed until we have issued a Booking Confirmation.
